The Red Lion Story

This year, we'll be celebrating our third full year at The Red Lion and what a rollercoaster it has been! We've worked relentlessly with industry professionals from across the country to create the ultimate social and dining experience right here, in Holbeach.

 

Over the years, we've accumulated a wealth of experience in hospitality both here and abroad. We promise

a warm welcome complete with delicious food, excellent cocktails and fantastic atmosphere.

 

We believe our contemporary European style menu has something for everyone. Having gained a local reputation for outstanding food and service, we're now delighted to unveil our winter menu ready for the festive season, executed by our fantastic new Head Chef, Jake.

Additionally next year will see a total refurbishment and modernisation of our outside area ready for the warmer months, complete with bar menu and alfresco dining.

 

We're also delighted to announce that due to much continued interest and demand, we'll also be opening our accommodation towards the summer 2024.

No matter where our business takes us, we will continue to provide an experience to remember for years to come.
